We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting several computer-based customer services. Online bill pay, automated phone payments, pay-by-text, automatic bank draft, and other electronic services are temporarily unavailable. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments remain available.
Our team remains available to assist customers in person at our main office:
- Location: 8814 Main Street, at the corner of Howard Avenue and Main Street
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Service options: Visit our lobby or use one of our three drive-through windows
Accepted payments: Cash, check, money order, credit card, or debit card. A copy of the monthly bill is required for all in-office payments.
Our website remains available for general information.
Customer protections during this disruption: Until normal services are restored, late fees will not be charged, and water service will not be disconnected for nonpayment or late payment.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore all services.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How can I make a payment if I cannot visit the office during regular business hours?
A night depository is available just past the window in drive-through lane 1. You may also mail a check or money order to P.O. Box 630, Houma, LA 70360. Please include a copy of your statement and write your account number on the check or money order. - Have October bills been mailed?
We are currently unable to generate statements. Once our system is restored, we will resume sending statements. - How can I pay if I do not have a current bill?
If you do not have a current statement, we can still accept a payment if you provide the account number, service address, or account holder’s name. Although we cannot look up the current balance at this time, you may pay an estimated amount. If the payment is less than the amount due, no late fees or penalties will be assessed. If the payment exceeds the amount due, the overpayment will be credited to your account. - What should customers enrolled in automatic bank draft or autopay expect?
Automatic bank drafts will not be processed until our systems are restored. If you have the utility established as a payee through your bank’s online bill-pay service, you may submit a payment through your bank. It will be processed in the same manner as a check. Please include your account number with the payment.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMER PROTECTION: During this service disruption, there will be NO LATE PENALTIES and NO WATER SERVICE DISCONNECTS for nonpayment or late payment.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work diligently to restore normal service. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
