Waterworks Crews will be performing work on the main line in this area on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customers in this area should expect water service interruptions during this period. Our crews are dedicated to causing the least amount of inconvenience to our customers and will do their best to limit the amount of time the water is off.

Please be advised that once the water service is restored, a Boil Water Advisory will be issued for this area.

Repairs to a main line break in this area caused the pressure to drop below 20 PSI, therefore we are issuing a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for 100 HEMPHILL DR AND 102 HEMPHILL DR.
Please boil your water for at least 1 minute in a hard, rolling boil before human consumption.

Based on the restoration of pressure within the distribution system and the analysis of the bacteriological samples collected within the distribution system, the BOIL WATER ADVISORY for CUSTOMERS ALONG 311 FROM 2800-2854 HIGHWAY 311, INCLUDING 2766 HIGHWAY 311 is LIFTED.
Customers in these areas may now use the water without boiling or disinfecting. No more precautionary actions are necessary.
