Customers Affected: 78
Based on the restoration of pressure within the distribution system and the analysis of the bacteriological samples collected within the distribution system, the BOIL WATER ADVISORY for All customers along Mall Circle is LIFTED.
Customers in these areas may now use the water without boiling or disinfecting. No more precautionary actions are necessary.

Repairs to a fire hydrant in this area caused the pressure to drop below 20 PSI, therefore we are issuing a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for All Customers Along Highway 665 from 1363 Highway 665 to the End of Highway 665, Including Island Rd.
Please boil your water for at least 1 minute in a hard, rolling boil before human consumption.

>The Montegut Fire Department will begin flow testing hydrants at the beginning of PAC (Hwy 665) this morning and working their way south.
>The Houma Fire Department will be flowing hydrants from East St. to Roberta Grove Blvd. today.
>The Houma Fire Department will be flowing hydrants in the areas between Lafayette St and Goode St today. They also plan to flow hydrants in the neighborhood near the tunnel including Miles St, Dewey St, Lee Ave, etc.

** ROAD CLOSURE **
Alma St. will be closed this weekend (5/2, 5/3) between Douglas Dr. and Broadmoor Ave. Work will resume on Monday to repair a broken water line once materials are obtained.
